    I was in a car accident on 9/16/23 claim # *******. Qualitas Mexican Insurance is the underwriter, but I purchased the insurance from Lewis and Lewis. I have not received any assistance with my claim and I have been without a car for six weeks! Additionally, I had to pay a substantial amount of money to release my car from the impound due to Qualitas not providing me with Roadside assistance in accordance with my policy. I believe my car is totaled. I need Qualitas to provide me with valuation report and statement letter as promised on 10/24/23. From the lack of communication and neglect to provide even the minimum rating customer service, my experience has been far less than unacceptable, and the amount of stress/duress endured is a nightmare! I need immediate assistance please so that I can put this behind me!

    I was fully insured by them on our trip to ******. We had an accident, but it was near Christmas Eve and we weren't able to get someone to come out through the insurance company that they hire, Qualitas. We kept email and call records of us trying to get ahold of both companies before we left ****** and came back to **********. I was finally able to get ahold of someone and get a claim number through Qualitas which they assured me was all I needed. After sending in several photos of the damage that we took while we were out there and filling out forms I was passed to several different people. They finally said I had to talk to Qualitas ******** which was a separate company through them and file a new claim. They ended up using my original claim number which told me that that wasn't true. Then the patched me to two more agents, before they finally sent a brief, ***** letter saying that the accident happened after my insurance expired, which would have been 10 days after it actually happened. After trying to get a hold of them again they have ghosted me. I only put Lewis in Lewis on here as a bad review because they vouge for this ***************** I was able to talk to ****** a few times about the ordeal, but nothing really helped in the end.

We ask that Qualitas reopen the claim to review the attached information. ******************** did contact Lewis and Lewis on December 24th, 2023 the moment after the accident as seen in the New Voice Messenger transcript attached. The call log shows calls to both the claim hotline and the Tijuana branch without success with ******************** returning to the ** on January 2nd, 2024, two days before his policy expired.     Lewis and Lewis is a broker agent providing a connection from clients to Qualitas ******************* in order to secure insurance while traveling in ******. We have copies of calls made to the Qualitas ************** in ****** concerning the special circumstances of this case, as the clients truck collided with a family members home. However, the call records we have, shows the local branch being called when they were closed on Sunday. ******************** received a response from two claim hotlines, one from Qualitas ******************* in ****** and another from Qualitas Insurance Services in the ***. Qualitas Insurance Services provided a claim number over the phone and after Qualitas Insurance Services received details that the accident occurred in ******, they notified ******************** to contact Qualitas ******************* in ******. Qualitas ******************* is the parent company of 4 other international insurance companies, giving them the ability to search for any claim in their system, and their records stated that claim number ***** was generated for a different jurisdication. In order for Qualitas ******************* to continue with a claim in the Jurisdiction of ******, they needed ******************** to return to ****** and report his vehicles damage with an adjuster in person. We will continue to support you with the proper steps to facilitate a claim based on your call attempts shown in the phone log and the transcript from a call we received the day of the accident. If Qualitas accepts to reopen your claim, they will need to review the auto damage in person along with the damage to your mother in laws house.
